Brew Something Purple Tea

This beautiful sapphire blue tea changes to a deep purple with just a touch of lemon or lemon juice. Add steamed milk or dairy substitute for a sky blue latte.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS water to 212°F
2 table spoons of tea to 8oz of water steep 3-4 minutes
